Crystal Healing

Our Chakras need to be clear, cleansed and flowing to maintain our best health and wellbeing. A basic chakra cleanse uses crystals to clear any dense and stuck energy allowing the chakra to flow and move freely. Light is then sent into the clear chakras to energise the space.

Chakras become blocked for many reasons:

health, stress, environment, past life issues, diet, negative emotions.

In Advanced Crystal Healing, I go back to the time of your birth, cleansing your crown chakra/fontanelle of any trauma brought through from past lives. Then going on to cleanse the third eye and your other chakras which will be affected too. This is a longer session and so beneficial - we are working with your sub-conscious mind during this session.

Sacred Geometry Crystal Healing involves a chakra cleanse, followed by the careful placing of sacred geometry crystals , connecting to Universal higher energies.
